The Caladius Annihilator

The Caladius Annihilator combines the advanced systems of the Custodes’ grav-tank chassis with one of the heaviest weapons available to the Ten Thousand.

Its combination of speed, protection, and destructive firepower makes it an imposing addition to a Custodes army.

Rather than remaining stationary like a conventional heavy weapons platform, the Annihilator can use its antigrav systems to rapidly seek out advantageous firing positions and bring its weapons to bear against priority targets.

Annihilate Heavy Infantry

The Caladius Annihilator is particularly suited to engaging heavily armored infantry.

Use it to:

• Engage power-armored troops

• Target elite infantry

• Support advancing Custodians

• Pressure important objectives

• Attack priority enemy units

• Break defended positions

• Provide mobile heavy firepower

• Exploit weaknesses in enemy lines

Its combination of a powerful turret weapon and fast chassis allows it to threaten important targets without sacrificing mobility.

Arachnus Blaze Carronade

The defining weapon of the Caladius Annihilator is its turret-mounted Arachnus Blaze Carronade.

This formidable weapon is designed to shred even heavily protected infantry, making the vehicle a dangerous threat to elite enemy formations.

The large weapon system also creates an imposing centerpiece for the miniature and clearly distinguishes the Annihilator from other Caladius variants.

Twin Lastrum Bolt Cannon

The vehicle can be equipped with a hull-mounted Twin Lastrum Bolt Cannon.

This provides additional anti-infantry firepower and complements the heavier Arachnus weapon mounted in the turret.

Twin Neutronium Cascade Projectors

Alternatively, the Caladius Annihilator can carry Twin Neutronium Cascade Projectors.

This option gives the vehicle additional tools for dealing with larger concentrations of enemy troops and provides a different visual configuration for the finished model.

Advanced Antigrav Technology

The Caladius Annihilator uses sophisticated antigrav systems, giving it greater battlefield mobility than a conventional tracked battle tank.

This technology allows the vehicle to combine heavy firepower with the speed necessary to react to changing battlefield conditions.

The included Custodes Vehicle Flight Stem supports the model above its base to create the appearance of a hovering war machine.

Armored Support for the Ten Thousand

Custodes armies are built around exceptionally powerful individual warriors, but heavy vehicles provide another layer of battlefield capability.

The Caladius Annihilator gives your force a dedicated armored platform capable of delivering significant ranged firepower while keeping pace with an advancing Custodes assault.

Warhammer 40,000 & Horus Heresy

The Caladius Annihilator can be used across two Warhammer game systems.

Warhammer 40,000

Field the tank alongside your Adeptus Custodes, adding a powerful grav vehicle to your heavy arsenal.

Warhammer: The Horus Heresy

Deploy it as part of a Legio Custodes force during the wars of the Age of Darkness.

Its cross-game compatibility makes the kit especially useful for collectors building Custodes armies for both settings.

Legio Custodes Vehicle Transfer Sheet

The kit includes a dedicated Legio Custodes Vehicle Transfer Sheet featuring 210 high-quality waterslide transfers.

These include:

• Custodian symbols

• Text

• Names of significant battle locations

• Honor markings

• Additional vehicle decorations

Use them to personalize your Caladius Annihilator and connect it visually with the rest of your Custodes collection.

Excellent Painting Project

The broad armor panels and advanced weapon systems of the Caladius Annihilator make it an excellent centerpiece painting project.

Experiment with:

• Auramite gold

• Metallic shading

• Rich red details

• Arachnus weapon effects

• Engine glow

• Heat staining

• Edge highlighting

• Battle damage

• Custodian heraldry

• Scenic basing

The included 150mm x 95mm oval base provides plenty of room for adding battlefield debris and other scenic details beneath the hovering vehicle.
